10. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any judicial proceeding, the parties commit to attempting to resolve differences amicably through direct negotiation for a period of thirty (30) calendar days. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may resort to the mandatory mediation provided by Law No. 26,589, prior to initiating judicial actions.
